Fight Fight Fight

HAVE YOU ever been discouraged in doing good for your family, your friends and the Body of Christ?

Often the prophets of old became troubled in their walk as they faced the opposition and complacency of others. Never-the-less, our Creator appointed them to fight for their people.

Nehemiah 4:14 says, “Then I looked things over and told the leaders, the officials, and the rest of the people, “Don’t be afraid of your enemies! The LORD is great and fearsome. So think of him and fight for your relatives and children, your wives and homes!”

TODAY, I INVITE YOU to pray with me that our Native people and those serving in Native Ministry will press-on in the good fight.

2 Timothy 4:7 says, “I have fought well. I have finished the race, and I have been faithful.”

Ask our Creator to allow our First Nations people and those serving in Native Ministry to courageously fight for our people.

MORE ABOUT: Fight Fight Fight

I like to study with 5 translations. As you go through these studies, I encourage you to do the same. “The Scriptures” is a translation that includes the original Hebrew names and has the books in chronological order. The Contemporary English Version (CEV) is a translation that is written for ‘oral tradition’ peoples and it flows well while reading it aloud. The Amplified version is one where meanings of words and phrases are ‘amplified’ for better understanding. The King James Version (KJV) is the translation that works well with Strong’s Concordance. The Complete Jewish Bible (CJB) is a great companion version that I find gives great insight.

See, I have given the land into his hand.” And Yehudah said to Shim’on his brother, “Come up with me into my allotment, and let us fight against the Kena’anites.
