About First Nations Monday

We are working to support, encourage and unite those involved in Native Ministry through a multifaceted prayer mobilization effort. We are also seeking to introduce the non-Native Body of Christ to the needs of prayer support, consideration and compassion for our Native people and those serving in Native American/ First Nations ministry.

OUR BELIEFS:

We believe that the Creator (God) is the one and only Eternal and Self-Existent One. We believe that the Creator (God) exists as the Three-in-One (Trinity) known as the Father, the Son Christ Jesus and the Holy Spirit.

We believe that the Bible is the Word of the Creator (God).

We believe that Jesus Christ is the Creator (God), the Son of the Creator (God) and the Word of the Creator (God) made flesh. (Genesis 1:26; John 1:1-34; John 5:15-27)

We believe that eternal salvation, through Christ Jesus, is available and necessary for all people. (John 3:3, 7; John 16-18; John 4:42; John 20:31; Acts 5:31; Acts 13:23; Titus 3:4-8; 1 John 4:14)

We believe that all people need to actively seek and pursue, striving to maintain, a close personal relationship with the Creator (God) through His Son Jesus Christ and by the power of the Holy Spirit.

We believe that a greater maturity in Christ leads to a greater responsibility and accountability to the Creator (God) and all people. (1Timothy 3:1-13; Titus 1:5-16; Hebrews 13:5-7)

We believe that it is necessary to be of one-heart, one-mind and one-body with the Creator (God) in order to effectively minister the Gospel of Christ and to be good stewards of His land, His people, His Word and His work in us and through us. (Philippians 2:1-18; Colossians 3:12-17)
